We are currently seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and motivated individuals to join our team as Hosts. This role is vital as it shapes the guests' first and lasting impressions when they enter our restaurant. The Host position at Olive Garden is designed for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service while managing a welcoming environment that enhances the overall dining experience. As the initial point of contact, hosts play a crucial role in setting the tone for the meal, ensuring guests feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive.
This part-time or full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15.49 to $17.00, reflecting the company’s recognition of the essential role hosts play in restaurant operations. The flexible scheduling available supports work-life balance, accommodating commitments such as schooling, childcare, or family care, making it an ideal opportunity for diverse applicants.
Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting guests with a warm smile, managing restaurant seating arrangements, and maintaining a clean and safe environment through regular sanitization of guest and team member touchpoints. Hosts also present guests with menus and can offer suggestions to enhance their dining experience, making each visit memorable. Additionally, hosts are tasked with thanking guests genuinely, encouraging repeat visits and contributing to the restaurant’s loyal guest base.
