Maintaining a clean and organized host station is also critical, including upkeep of menus, supplies, and the general front-of-house environment. The Host/Hostess plays a key role in ensuring that the dining room operates smoothly by monitoring guest seating efficiency and assisting with guest feedback collection to enhance service quality. This position requires someone who is attentive to detail, has excellent communication skills, and can multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
