Flagship Culinary Services is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Jr. Sous Chef to join their culinary team. As a Jr. Sous Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining food quality standards, managing inventory and food procurement, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines, and leading kitchen staff by example. The role requires a hands-on approach to cooking and kitchen management, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and customer satisfaction.
