The Host position at HHM Hotels is an integral role within the restaurant team, responsible for greeting and escorting guests to their tables while upholding established guest service and sustainability standards. This role involves creating the first positive impression when guests arrive, showcasing hospitality excellence from the outset. Hosts manage seating arrangements to optimize dining room flow, present menus, and maintain pristine dining room setups to enhance each guest's dining experience. Candidates will be engaged in communication coordination between shifts by maintaining the log book, assisting with service when needed, managing reservations and special functions, and following sustainability guidelines under HHM's EarthView program.
