We are currently hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Host or Hostess positions at P.F. Chang's. The Host role is integral to delivering an exceptional hospitality experience by managing the overall flow of the restaurant. This position is the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their experience by providing a warm and professional welcome. Hosts are responsible for seating guests, managing wait times accurately, answering phone calls, making reservations, and assisting guests with any inquiries they may have. A successful Host ensures guest satisfaction from the moment they arrive to when they leave, creating a positive and memorable impression. In addition to guest interaction, Hosts maintain high standards of safety and sanitation, especially in the front door, host desk, lobby area, and crowd control zones. They learn the restaurant's seating layout and server areas to help efficiently manage seating and food delivery. Hosts also assist with curbside service and takeout orders, adapting to the evolving needs of the restaurant. Completing side-work and keeping the dining area orderly are also part of the Host’s responsibilities.
