The role available is that of a Hospitality Server, a critical position responsible for managing guest interactions from the moment they enter the restaurant until their departure. The server acts as a friendly face and knowledgeable resource, welcoming guests warmly and providing detailed guidance on menu selections. Responsibilities include maintaining a polished, professional appearance as outlined in our employee handbook, and fostering personal connections with customers to enhance their dining experience. The position requires polishing and preparing silverware, ensuring tables are properly set, and compliance with attendance protocols. Additionally, servers are expected to report any service issues promptly to management, promote daily specials and events, and assist in various tasks to support smooth restaurant operations. Physical stamina is essential, as the role involves prolonged standing and the ability to lift trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds. • Must be of at least 16 years of age
• Ability to learn point of sale system and basic guest service standards
• Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
• Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
• Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds
