This role is for a part-time Host, a vital position ensuring that every guest is welcomed warmly and given a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Hosts serve as the initial point of contact for diners, greeting customers with a smile, managing reservations and wait times with accuracy, and escorting guests to their tables. The role demands attentiveness to the customer and team dynamics, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional guest service. The host also fosters a friendly atmosphere by providing warm farewells and encouraging guests to return. Physically, the job involves standing for long shifts of 8 to 12 hours, the ability to bend, reach, and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds safely, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
