• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a hospitality operation
• Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and employees
• Must be punctual and presentable in uniform
• Must be clean shaven
• Demonstrate ownership in resolving guest issues
• Knowledge of the local community and culture
• Maintain a clean-close section when ending shift
