The position emphasizes providing outstanding guest service by greeting visitors warmly, addressing inquiries, and assisting guests effectively across various casino offerings including promotions and loyalty programs. This role requires a resilient individual capable of handling challenging situations with professionalism and patience. Duties involve close collaboration with supervisors and other departments to resolve guest concerns and leverage marketing techniques to build guest loyalty and support revenue generation. The job also involves maintaining confidentiality and discretion while communicating with guests and colleagues and actively participating in guest-centered events both onsite and offsite.

- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- High School Diploma, HSED Diploma or GED Certification is required
- Applicants age fifty and older are exempt from diploma requirement
- Three years in marketing, sales, hospitality, customer service or gaming related experience
- Ability to frequently walk, use hands, handle, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear
- Ability to work in a casino environment with higher noise levels
- Availability to work evening and/or weekend shifts
- Willingness to travel for training, meetings, conferences and presentations
- Ability to work in an environment that may not be smoke or dust free
- Tuberculosis (TB) screening or 2 step TB skin test required within 30 days of employment
