The Host/Hostess role at Xperience Restaurant Group is a vital frontline position responsible for creating the first and lasting impression for guests upon arrival. This role requires a friendly and professional demeanor, as hosts greet guests immediately upon entering the establishment, ensuring they receive warm hospitality from the moment they walk through the door. The primary responsibilities include seating guests promptly and efficiently while maintaining a smooth flow throughout the dining area by managing table rotations for optimal turnover. Additionally, hosts assist in serving drinks from the bar to tables, help guests to their seats by pulling out chairs, and manage guest interactions with attentive communication both in-person and over the phone. Being the face of the restaurant, the host/hostess also addresses guest concerns or complaints with a calm and positive attitude, escalating issues to management as needed to maintain high service standards. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.78 to $17.50, based on experience. The role is well-suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest service. • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license
• 18+ years of age
• Possession or ability to obtain all state required work cards
• Minimum of one year related experience
• Familiarity with Opentable
