We are seeking a full-time Hospitality Coordinator for Environmental Services (EVS) at Henrico Doctors Hospital to join our team and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety for our patients and staff. The Hospitality Coordinator EVS is responsible for leading and supervising the operations within the Environmental Services Department across assigned hospital and campus locations. The coordinator will oversee all department functions to ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and Joint Commission regulations as well as internal policies and standards. The Hospitality Coordinator position requires a proactive approach to evaluating and improving existing operational systems and processes within Environmental Services. This role serves as a critical link between management and frontline staff by communicating and implementing changes that enhance service quality and departmental efficiency. Moreover, the coordinator must ensure adherence to ethical standards and regulatory compliance, including guidelines from The Joint Commission (TJC), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and other relevant agencies. As a leader, the Hospitality Coordinator EVS is tasked with promoting a healthy, aseptic, and aesthetically pleasing hospital environment by coordinating effective cleaning, waste management, and sanitation activities.
