The Rooms Manager role at Hilton Garden Inn Waikiki Beach involves overseeing critical departments such as Guest Services, Concierge and Uniformed Services, Housekeeping, Laundry, Security, Communications, and Reservations. The objective of this position is to ensure all guests receive exceptional service in an attentive, friendly, efficient, and courteous manner while optimizing room revenue and departmental productivity. The Rooms Manager is also responsible for the development and management of managers and employees within the Rooms Division, ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence. - At least 5 years of experience in hotel or related field or 4-year college degree with 1 year experience or 2-year degree with 2 years experience
