At Lennar, the Homebuyer Concierge position plays a vital role in supporting the Sales and Marketing department by ensuring that every homebuyer’s journey is smooth, informed, and successful. This role is designed for an individual who demonstrates good judgement, dependability, and a professional attitude. The Homebuyer Concierge acts as the primary point of contact for buyers from the moment escrow opens through to the closing of the home sale. The role involves managing all transactions, providing timely updates to buyers, and ensuring the compliance and completeness of necessary sales documentation. The Homebuyer Concierge is instrumental in coordinating purchase agreement milestones using Salesforce, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing backup support to New Home Consultants when needed.

 - Preferably one year of experience supporting a real estate sales team
 - Must have a valid Driver’s License and auto insurance
