The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is an integral part of the company’s front-line team, responsible for offering top-tier hospitality and parking services. This position involves parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and efficiently, assisting guests with their luggage, and helping with general inquiries to enhance guest satisfaction. The role requires a warm, professional demeanor with an emphasis on quick, courteous service. The position is primarily an overnight shift role, with a focus on Monday and Tuesday, including some flexibility. Towne Park offers competitive compensation starting at $17.25 per hour, with an additional $2.25 shift differential for overnight hours. They accurately manage the parking system, handle claim checks, assess vehicle condition, and process payments for parking services.
