The Supervisor of Inflight Services role at PSA Airlines is a critical leadership position that directly supports the Manager of Inflight Operations in managing a high-performing team of Flight Attendants. This role is designed for a dynamic, high-energy professional capable of working in a fast-paced environment to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. The Supervisor is tasked with operational support both on the ground and aboard the aircraft, focusing on minimizing delays and improving service delivery. This position blends leadership, coaching, and real-time problem-solving, making it essential for smooth inflight operations.
Responsibilities include fostering a positive team environment that aligns with the core values of PSA Airlines, such as trust, respect, and accountability. An essential part of the job is addressing employee performance in customer service, safety, conduct, and dependability, utilizing methods such as coaching and corrective actions when necessary. The Supervisor ensures compliance with health, wellness, and safety standards, acting as the communication bridge between Inflight, Station Personnel, and other departments. They provide crucial assistance during on-the-spot inflight incidents, manage crew conflicts, and support emergency responses.
In addition to managing personnel issues and operational challenges, the Supervisor conducts daily terminal audits, supports compliance with inflight technology and policies, and engages with training groups to implement the best practices. This role also involves responsibilities related to the Company’s Security and Safety Management System, including risk management and safety assurance. As a supervisory role, the Supervisor of Inflight Services carries significant responsibility for the well-being and effectiveness of the frontline team, ensuring that all operations align with the company’s strategic objectives and safety requirements.
                - High school education or equivalent
 - Previous leadership experience
 - Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
 - Ability to qualify and maintain Check Flight Attendant qualification on all aircraft types
 - Excellent interpersonal skills
 - Strong planning and organizational abilities
 - Above average oral and written communication skills
 - Ability to communicate effectively in English
 - Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
