The ideal candidate will hold a two-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with two years of experience in HR or management operations, or a four-year bachelor’s degree with similar experience. Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is crucial, and familiarity with union environments is preferred though not mandatory.
