We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Rooms Division Manager to oversee the operations and strategic planning of the rooms division within our hotel portfolio. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for areas including Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Club Lounge, and Security. The Rooms Division Manager is a key member of the hotel Executive Committee, playing an integral role in the overall management and success of the hotel. This position requires a professional who has a deep understanding of hospitality management, excellent people management skills, and the ability to implement company standards while ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will manage human resources within the division to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The Rooms Division Manager will uphold brand standards, resolve guest complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels, and lead initiatives to enhance service and operational efficiencies. A strong focus on revenue generation, budget adherence, and profitability is essential, making this role crucial to the hotel's financial health. Additionally, the position requires routine inspections for cleanliness and quality, training and safety protocol enforcement in emergency situations, and regular collaboration with other hotel departments to promote teamwork and quality service. The manager may also serve as the 'manager on duty' as needed.   • High school or equivalent education
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
