The position available is for a Guest Service Support Expert within the Food and Beverage category, a vital role that contributes to the seamless operation of the resort’s dining services. This full-time, year-round non-management role is compensated at $14.81 per hour plus tips, and employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including health care, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plans, paid time off, life insurance, disability coverage, and other wellness benefits. More than merely serving food and drinks, this role is designed to craft memorable experiences for guests by supporting food and beverage operations in various capacities.
Guest Service Support Experts are essential in making each transaction part of the overall guest experience, whether by setting tables, assisting kitchen staff, replenishing supplies, or maintaining clean work areas. The role requires physical stamina and attentiveness, as employees will be on their feet for extended periods, maneuvering over varying surfaces, lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds independently, or with assistance up to 50 pounds.
