We are currently seeking to fill full-time Sous Chef positions at Florida Atlantic University, located at 5353 Parkside Drive, Jupiter, FL 33458. This role is crucial in supporting the Executive Chef by preparing and cooking food according to approved recipes and production standards. The Sous Chef supervises kitchen staff and ensures the smooth operation of the food service area when the Executive Chef is absent. This position requires strong supervisory skills, kitchen experience, and a commitment to food safety and sanitation regulations. Working Sunday through Thursday with varying hours, the Sous Chef will oversee daily menu adherence, portion control, food presentation, inventory management, and customer service interactions.
