Located in Silver Spring, Maryland, the Wingstop outlet is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated General Manager to join its team on a full-time basis. This role offers a competitive pay range of $25 to $32 per hour, with an emphasis on strong leadership and operational excellence. As the General Manager at Wingstop, you will serve as the heartbeat of the restaurant, setting the tone for premium customer service, flavor consistency, and overall success. Beyond just managing daily operations, you will inspire and lead your team, fostering a supportive and motivated workplace culture. The position demands a hands-on approach where you actively engage in staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. The General Manager must maintain a visible presence during key business hours, working a variety of shifts including openings, closings, and mid-day schedules to effectively support operational needs. High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in restaurant management
