The Stewarding Supervisor role at Bluejack National is a key position within the Culinary Department, reporting directly to the Executive Chef. This hourly, non-exempt position plays a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within all kitchen, dishwashing, and storage areas. The Stewarding Supervisor leads the stewarding team by providing supervision, training, and motivation, ensuring that operational standards are consistently met before, during, and after service times. This role requires close collaboration with culinary and food and beverage leadership to support smooth service operations and special events.
The Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for enforcing compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of equipment, utensils, and chemicals. Managing inventories of cleaning supplies, dishware, and small wares also falls under this role to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained efficiently and cost-effectively. Additionally, the position involves conducting ongoing training on cleaning techniques and safety practices, planning and implementing deep-cleaning projects, and maintaining a professional, positive work environment that reflects Bluejack National's standards of excellence.

- Prior experience in high-end golf or country club or hospitality industry is a plus
- Prior experience in kitchen, dishwashing, or porter roles preferred but not required
- Must possess a valid Texas driver's license and meet driver safety policy requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
