The General Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from managing reservations and seating to guiding the team through menu updates and daily service. The General Manager's ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs is key to ensuring total customer satisfaction and a seamless dining experience. Candidates for this position are expected to bring significant restaurant leadership experience, ideally ten years of progressive roles with at least five years in senior management. This opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on experience, along with a generous quarterly bonus program.
