Responsibilities include managing in-person and phone interactions, coordinating ticket sales both online and at the venue, and maintaining inventory and sales of retail merchandise. In addition to direct customer service, the Concierge plays a crucial part in operational efficiency by supporting box office staff with venue setup and breakdown and handling complex seating arrangements such as house and artist comps.
