The role of Porter at TC Restaurant Group is vital in supporting the overall cleanliness and organization of various dining and service areas, including dining rooms, rooftops, and back-of-house zones. Porters are responsible for sweeping and mopping floors, sanitizing equipment, and monitoring trash disposal practices to ensure all areas remain free of debris and waste. Additionally, Porters assist in maintaining the inventory and care of maintenance supplies and may be assigned other housekeeping duties as directed by management. The role often requires working indoors and outdoors, sometimes in varying weather conditions and temperature extremes. Physical stamina is essential, as duties include standing for extended periods, lifting items up to 20 pounds, and performing tasks that require bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.

The schedule may exceed 30 hours per week and could include overtime, varied shifts such as days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
