You will report to the Director of Environmental Services, coordinate closely about task schedules, room moves, and general housekeeping duties, and work in compliance with safety and health standards, including proper handling of infectious waste and cleaning chemicals. This role demands attention to detail and a proactive approach to custodial tasks such as cleaning resident rooms, sanitizing common areas, vacuuming halls and elevators, stocking supplies, and managing housekeeping carts. Your responsibilities will also involve maintaining the upkeep of equipment, performing detailed cleaning of both occupied and empty rooms, and adhering to established chore lists. Weekly and monthly duties include spot-cleaning walls, cleaning bedding, washing curtains, and sanitizing restrooms. The environment requires physical activity, including bending, stooping, lifting, and moving up to 40 pounds, and necessitates wearing personal protective equipment when required to protect against viruses and infectious diseases. • Experience performing housekeeping duties
