As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, the successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of assigned food and beverage outlets, ensuring that all service standards and financial controls are met or exceeded. The supervisor will also provide leadership and direction to staff while supporting all casino initiatives and upholding the company’s commitment to outstanding guest experiences. The supervisor is responsible for handling customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels. Managing scheduling and inventory to optimize service levels while controlling expenses is another critical responsibility. The position requires someone who is highly organized, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities independently and as part of a team.
