We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Second Shift Concierge Security Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment at a residential property. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, exhibit a calm and courteous demeanor, and possess prior experience in a concierge or front-desk security position. As a Second Shift Concierge Security Officer at MFort, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of residents, guests, and visitors by enforcing access control policies, monitoring visitor management systems, conducting routine patrols, and responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies. This position operates from Wednesday through Sunday during the second shift hours of 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, offering a competitive pay rate of $20.50 per hour. The role demands strong communication and multitasking abilities, keen situational awareness, and the ability to work independently while remaining composed under pressure. Additionally, the officer will maintain effective communication with property management, clients, contractors, and team members to ensure seamless security operations. Utilizing company and client-provided security and monitoring equipment responsibly is also a key part of the position. • Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must have a valid Illinois PERC card and 20-hour security training certificate or ability to obtain
• Minimum 2 year of residential concierge or front desk security experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
• Able to work independently
• Must pass a drug screening and background check
