The role of Guest Service Sales Specialist at Chapter Aesthetic Studio is an exciting full-time opportunity designed for individuals who are eager to play a pivotal role in the guest experience. In this dynamic position, you will be more than just the first smile guests see upon entering — you are the cornerstone of a relationship that endures beyond their visit. This role involves welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, managing front-of-studio operations including appointment scheduling and payment processing, and supporting guests throughout their journey by providing product education and service recommendations. Your ability to foster loyalty through exceptional service and to meet or surpass sales goals will contribute directly to the studio's success. The starting hourly wage for this position is $18 per hour or more, depending on experience, with additional incentives available through monthly performance-based pay.

- At least 2 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with phones, booking systems, and POS software
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent required
