Guest Service Representatives must demonstrate high levels of honesty and trustworthiness due to their access to guest rooms and private property areas, necessitating successful clearance through security screenings as per company policies. The role demands physical capabilities such as standing for extended periods, lifting of up to 30 pounds, and performing other physical activities including bending and stretching. Effective communication skills, proficiency in English, and the ability to utilize property management systems for processing charges and payments are essential.
