The hotel will feature beautifully appointed guest rooms, versatile meeting spaces, a stylish bakery cafe, and a fully equipped guest kitchen to enhance the overall guest experience. We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Hotel Host to join our opening team. This position is pivotal in shaping the first impression of our guests and ensuring their stay is seamless and memorable. The Hotel Host will be responsible for greeting guests warmly and providing top-tier customer service throughout their visit. Key responsibilities include preparing and assembling welcome amenities, conducting cash drops in line with stringent cash handling procedures, maintaining an organized and clean front desk area, and handling confidential guest information with the utmost professionalism. Additionally, the Hotel Host will be actively involved in food and beverage operations, which includes bartending and performing barista duties, delivering a comprehensive hospitality experience. This role extends beyond traditional front desk duties to encompass the complete guest experience, including managing the Hotel Host Stand, overseeing services in the Bakery Café, supporting the functionality of the Guest Kitchen, facilitating guest check-ins and check-outs, and servicing meeting rooms effectively. Candidates with prior guest service experience and excellent communication skills will thrive in this fast-paced environment. • Must be 18 years or older
• Previous guest service experience preferred
• Must have schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift pull and push moderate to heavy weight (minimum 20 lbs)
• Ability to stand for long periods and move moderate distances
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment
• Must be outgoing and a proven self-starter
• Requires strong organizational and computer skills
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
