We are currently seeking a dedicated Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic front desk team. This role is pivotal as the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone of their stay and ensuring a memorable experience from arrival through departure. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling reservations with accuracy, and providing personalized attention to guest needs. This position requires someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities include maintaining guest privacy and discretion, promoting hotel services through upselling opportunities, and building strong rapport with supporting departments. The Guest Service Agent will also resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly with professionalism, escalating matters when necessary to supervisors or managers.
