This position is responsible for efficiently cleaning and servicing guest rooms to established standards, ensuring that every visitor experiences a positive and memorable stay. The role typically involves maintaining cleanliness, replenishing amenities, and inspecting rooms for quality assurance. It also demands proactive communication with guests and team members and adherence to global standard operating procedures to uphold the highest levels of safety and hygiene. \n\nThe guest room attendant works closely with the housekeeping team, supporting a collaborative environment through mentoring new staff and providing exceptional customer service.
