The part-time Miller Brewery Beertender role, based in Milwaukee, WI, offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the Guest Relations Team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring guests receive exceptional, engaging, and informative experiences during their visits to various iconic Molson Coors locations, including the MCBC corporate Fred’s Pub, the historic Miller Caves, the Bavarian-Style Miller Inn, and the Miller Visitor Center & beer garden. The Beertender is responsible for facilitating brand sampling during public and private tours, as well as special events, creating an inviting and educational atmosphere that highlights the unique qualities of Molson Coors' beverages.
Successful candidates in this role exhibit strong customer service skills by delivering warm, engaging interactions that enhance the overall guest experience. The position requires the ability to work effectively within a diverse, team-oriented environment, utilizing strong communication skills and a commitment to adhering to safety protocols. Physical demands include moderate lifting of up to 50 pounds, as well as standing, sitting, walking, and climbing stairs for extended periods throughout the workday.
