The Guest Services Concierge role at AdventHealth Zephyrhills is a vital position within the hospital's team, tasked with serving as one of the first points of contact for patients, visitors, leaders, and co-workers. This part-time, evening shift role operates Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 8:30pm, emphasizing the importance of professional warmth and effective communication. The Concierge is responsible for greeting guests warmly, addressing their needs, and ensuring a seamless check-in process guided by organizational policies and security management procedures. The role demands an independent worker who can handle stressful situations with grace while maintaining the highest quality of service and contributing to the department's performance improvement initiatives. In this role, the Concierge will manage daily schedules, resolve any conflicts, maintain the cleanliness and attractiveness of guest service areas, and assist guests and patients in navigating the hospital environment. Familiarity with hospital services, staff, and community is crucial to provide accurate assistance.
