The role being offered is essential to maintaining the physical integrity and aesthetic quality of Greystar-managed communities. This position requires an individual dedicated to ensuring that the grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal of properties are pristine and well-maintained. You will play a critical support role within the service team, assisting in routine maintenance requests, managing litter and debris removal, and contributing to community safety and customer satisfaction.
Tasks include conducting frequent inspections to uphold community cleanliness standards, removing trash from vacant apartments prior to the make-ready process, and assisting with minor service repairs. The role also involves maintaining security by changing locks according to established policies and ensuring pool area gates meet safety standards. Communication is key, as the position requires distributing notices to residents and reporting any hazardous conditions promptly to supervisors.
This job demands physical stamina and flexibility, including the ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work under varying weather conditions. The candidate must also be able to lift weights up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance. While the position primarily serves one community, occasional travel may be necessary to support other properties, attend training, or business meetings. Working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is also required.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or related field
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift and maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel occasionally for training or business meetings
