The Groundskeeper is primarily responsible for cleaning and maintaining both the interior and exterior buildings and grounds of the property. This includes routine tasks such as trash removal, maintaining landscaping areas, and upkeep of recreational facilities like pools. Additionally, the Groundskeeper will assist other maintenance personnel with work orders, moving furniture, and handling supplies. Other responsibilities include pressure washing surfaces to maintain a clean exterior appearance and aiding in pool maintenance to ensure safety and cleanliness in the amenities areas. This role sometimes requires participation in an on-call rotation which includes availability during evenings and weekends.
