The Marketing Coordinator role is a vital position within this dynamic environment, designed for a creative and detail-oriented professional passionate about events and entertainment marketing. This position involves supporting the development and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives that highlight the venues and the exciting events they offer. The Marketing Coordinator will actively contribute to brand management, digital marketing, grassroots campaigns, public relations, and partnership support, all targeted at achieving designated budget goals.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will engage in a variety of marketing tasks, ranging from creating and implementing integrated marketing plans to coordinating multi-channel advertising campaigns. You will be instrumental in promoting venue events across digital, print, radio, outdoor, and community platforms, ensuring maximum ticket sales and audience reach. The role also includes tracking marketing performance and return on investment, assisting with event day logistics and media relations, and preparing marketing budgets and reports.
A significant part of the position includes managing social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and X, creating and posting content, and fostering community engagement. Maintaining venue websites and digital signage is also a key responsibility, alongside deploying email marketing campaigns and analyzing their effectiveness through tools like Google Analytics.
The role offers a creative outlet through collaboration on the development of marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite tools, ensuring brand consistency across all materials and communication channels. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will draft press releases, coordinate with media partners, assist with press opportunities and site media relations, supporting public relations efforts.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, sponsors, local businesses, community organizations, promoters, event producers, and sub-contractors is critical to success in this role. These relationships will help foster cross-promotional opportunities and enhance community engagement with the venues.
This full-time hourly position offers a competitive wage between $21.00 and $27.00. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with matching, and paid time off, including vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays annually.
