Grill Cook responsibilities include preparing food items at the grill station, serving customers with efficiency and friendliness, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, and adhering to food safety regulations. The schedules can vary, including early morning shifts from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm, daytime hours from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, and evening peak times from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm, with some weekend hours involved.
