In the role of an Air Traffic Control Specialist at Serco, professionals are responsible for a variety of important tasks that require attention to detail, critical decision-making, and effective communication skills. These include answering radio communications from arriving and departing aircraft, issuing precise landing and takeoff instructions, relaying vital information on runway conditions, wind velocity and direction, visibility, taxiing instructions, and other relevant data about nearby aircraft.
