This position combines front-of-house responsibilities with the energetic support needed to keep the flow of orders moving efficiently from the kitchen to the guests. As a Cashier, your primary task will be to handle all financial transactions accurately while providing outstanding customer service. You will greet customers warmly, take orders, suggest menu items, and process payments with efficiency and professionalism. Additionally, the Foodrunner aspect of the role requires you to support the service team by delivering food orders promptly to tables and assisting in any tasks needed to improve the dining experience. This dual responsibility demands excellent communication skills, agility, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Cashier and Foodrunner must maintain a sincere, positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude, reflecting the company's dedication to excellent service. This role is a full-time position with a pay range starting from $7.25 up to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance. Physical requirements include the ability to lift between 25 to 50 pounds and stand for up to eight hours during a shift. The job also involves repetitive motions such as pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists, all of which require physical stamina and coordination.
