This full-time position offers an hourly wage ranging from $19 to $32, with actual hourly earnings being at or above the required minimum wage for the location. The pay structure is further enhanced by additional performance incentives, paid quarterly or annually, as well as premium pay that may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on factors such as schedule, facility, season, or specific duties performed. This opportunity is available primarily on mid-shift and closing shifts. The role requires associates to engage directly with customers at the service counter, assisting them in selecting products and providing excellent service.
