We are currently expanding our team and excited to welcome new members to our Chili's family. The positions available include both part-time and full-time roles as Servers and Food Runners. These roles are vital to the smooth operation of our restaurant and the overall dining experience we deliver to our guests. As a Server or Food Runner at Chili's Greengate, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills, earn competitive pay, and grow your career within a supportive and energetic environment. The Server role involves providing attentive and friendly service to guests, taking and serving orders accurately, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Servers are the face of Chili's and play a crucial part in creating a warm and inviting dining atmosphere. Our pay rate for servers averages between $23 and $25 per hour, including tips, with full-time shifts earning approximately $920 to $1,000 per week. Food Runners at Chili's Greengate are responsible for efficiently delivering food orders to tables, assisting the kitchen and wait staff as needed, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. This role is key to excellent guest service and helps maintain the fast-paced flow of the restaurant. Like servers, Food Runners earn an average of $23 to $25 per hour with tips, reflecting the value we place on their contributions.
