The Café Manager role at Urban Air Greensboro is a vital hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Urban Air Café. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in fast-paced, customer-facing environments and who enjoys working alongside their team in both the kitchen and service areas. The Café Manager leads by example, actively engaging in cooking, food preparation, and serving guests while maintaining a friendly demeanor and a supportive presence to the team. This position demands someone who works efficiently with a keen sense of urgency without compromising on quality or hospitality standards. The Café Manager is tasked with ensuring that all processes, systems, and standards are correctly executed to deliver an exceptional food and beverage experience to visitors. Managing inventory control, overseeing deliveries, and minimizing wastage are also critical components of the role. Staffing responsibilities include training team members, setting expectations regarding punctuality, cleanliness, and professional conduct, and fostering an uplifting work culture that aligns with Urban Air’s values.
