The part-time Text Message Assistant position at the Resch Complex offers a vital role within the Stadium Operations department. Reporting directly to Stadium Operations management, this role is fundamental to effective communication and guest relations during events. The Text Message Assistant acts as a liaison between stadium control, ushers, and patrons, ensuring timely delivery of important messages and complaints, facilitating smooth crowd management and emergency response procedures.
In this position, the Text Message Assistant is responsible for delivering text messages to ushers, providing them with relevant complaints, violation details, seat locations, and codes of conduct cards to be issued. Following up, the assistant communicates directly with patrons to address concerns and works closely with ushers to document the actions taken in response. This role demands exceptional customer service skills, the ability to handle safety and emergency protocols, and an aptitude for maintaining composure during high-pressure situations.
