This position is for a full-time Kitchen Manager at B&B Theatres located in Red Oak, TX. The Kitchen Manager will serve as a critical leader within the culinary department responsible for supervising and coordinating the culinary team to ensure the efficient preparation and delivery of high-quality food products. This role demands a strategic focus on maintaining kitchen operations that align with the company’s commitment to culinary excellence, hygiene, and safety. The Kitchen Manager’s responsibilities include overseeing food preparation, managing inventory and supplies, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a sanitary kitchen environment in compliance with health regulations. This individual will work closely with the General Manager and other members of the management team to optimize kitchen workflows, control food costs, and enhance the overall guest experience through superior food service.
