The General Utility/Dishwasher role is a critical support position within the Food & Beverage Department. This role is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of dishware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment. In addition, this position ensures all kitchen and associated work areas remain organized, safe, and hygienic. This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but plays an essential part in supporting the culinary team and ensuring the efficient operation of the kitchen.
The role demands attention to detail in washing and sanitizing dishes according to local health guidelines, maintaining dish machine supplies, and assisting with general duties such as storing grocery items and supporting food preparation when necessary. Furthermore, the employee will help manage waste disposal by emptying trash and recyclable bins and keeping dumpster and receiving areas clean. The position may also involve setting up and breaking down buffet tables and theme decorations. - High school diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, kneel, use hands to handle or feel, and talk or hear regularly
