  • Minimum 5 years experience in an executive role within a 5 star 5 diamond luxury hotel
  • Proven experience managing luxury hotel operations including food and beverage and spa services
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting forecasting and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to supervise motivate and develop staff
  • Advanced computer proficiency
