• high school diploma or equivalent
• prior experience in restaurant leadership
• 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
• ability to work various shifts and weekends
• compliance with state mandated age requirements for alcohol serving where applicable
• physical ability to stand for entire shift and walk long periods
• ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
• ability to reach with hands and use hands to handle objects
