• 2-5 years of proven restaurant management experience
• Energetic, outgoing personality with strong leadership ability, initiative, and self-discipline
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with FOH and BOH staff
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and reporting
• Proficiency with restaurant management systems, POS technology, and Microsoft Office
• Track record of staff development, engagement, and retention
• Valid driver’s license required
• Certifications: ServSafe Food Safety and Responsible Alcohol Service (required)
• Ability to make sound, effective decisions quickly
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to work long hours on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs
