We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in maintaining our service standards and ensuring smooth hotel operations during the absence of the General Manager. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager and the hotel team to lead staff, drive financial performance, enhance guest relations, and support sales and marketing initiatives. This position requires a leader who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality management. The ideal candidate will be adept at balancing multiple responsibilities including staff training, financial management, guest services, housekeeping oversight, and emergency preparedness. • High school diploma or equivalent
• minimum of 1 year experience in hotel leadership
